Cicatelli Associates Inc.(CAI)
is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality
of health care and social services delivered to communities in
need across the United States and abroad. CAI offers expert
training and capacity building assistance to help health and
human service providers improve their services by confronting
challenging health issues, reducing health disparities,
eliminating stigma and discrimination, and tackling increasing
needs with decreasing resources.
Since 1979, public and private agencies and community
organizations have been looking to CAI for the following expert
services to improve the ways they assist those in need:
Trainings and Conferences.
CAI develops training programs, conferences, online courses,
teleconferences, and webinars that help providers increase the
efficiency and quality of health care and social services.
Technical Assistance. CAI
offers expert technical assistance to help agencies assess
current operations and integrate evidence-based approaches to
achieve higher quality, enhance program outcomes, and increase
cost efficiencies.
Grants Management. CAI is a
principal recipient that manages grant making for other
organizations. In this role, CAI designs competitive grant
application processes and provides ongoing support to grantees
to ensure successful program implementation.
Curriculum Development and
Publications. CAI develops customized curricula and
training materials including instructor and participant manuals,
audio/visual aides, and educational materials.
Data Management, Research and Evaluation. CAI designs and implements data
management and evaluation systems to help agencies with
evidence-based planning and decision-making to maximize program
outcomes. CAI also conducts translational and rigorous
scientific research on its programs, interventions and public
health strategies.
